The Learning & Development (L&D) Support Contractor would supplement the Concord site L&D Team and is responsible for supporting the creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions for the Concord, NC manufacturing site. The L&D Associate will partner with Concord L&D associates to perform ServiceNow requests, manage functional area Training Matrices, support training material creation and revision, and assist with the management of requests received via the CONC_LD team email address.

Qualifications:
Global initiatives and implementations (QMS i3 standardization; ObserveIQ Digital OJT; Learning Plan streamlining efforts, curricula architecture initiatives)
Maintaining steady support of Concord site initiatives and site manufacturing milestones.
Ensure uninterrupted support of Concord manufacturing.

Assist in management of 36 functional area training matrices.
Review with teams, update/revise, review in QDocs, approve in QDocs.
Assist/support with course and curricula periodic reviews
Run LMS reports to support site quality management investigations / assist with report requests*****.
Assist/support L&D Team email address (site requests) to send to Conduent or manage on a local site level.;
Support ServiceNow requests:
Creation/management/cancellation of instructor-led classes
Deactivation/retirement of courses
Due date extension projects / trending
Instructor-led classes scheduling with Conduent
Turning on contractor learning plans
Assisting in assignment / unassignment of curricula for teams

Support / revise training materials (OJTs, Instructor-led trainings, etc.).
Run assignment profile streamlining project
Run streamlining projects: functional area mapping; assessment/exam mapping; OJT curriculum architecture mapping.
Coordinate instructor-led classes (visitor registration, rosters, arranging rooms, creating and sending out surveys)
Manage / coordinate post-instructor-led training surveys.
Organize data and process metrics.
Work with teams to update / upgrade training, depending on survey results.
