Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Laser/Turret Operator to join a sheet metal manufacturing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality parts in accordance with customer prints, specifications, and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently to meet production goals.
Pay Rate:
- $18.00 – $26.00/Hour, Based On Exp.
Shift:

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:

Produce quality parts using laser and turret equipment

Monitor performance in relation to work order rates and production goals

Complete all required inspections and production paperwork

Ensure parts meet company quality standards and customer specifications

Communicate issues, improvement ideas, or workflow concerns to leadership

Report any machinery repairs or maintenance needs promptly

Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Adhere to QMS and safety requirements

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Prior Laser/Turret operating experience required

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
