Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking a Laser Turret / Punch Press Supervisor to join a manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. This is a working supervisor role, responsible for both operating equipment and supporting production oversight. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality parts while helping drive efficiency, safety, and team performance on the floor.
Pay Rate:
- $25.00 - $40.00/Hour (Based On Exp.)
Shift:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate laser turret and/or punch press equipment to produce quality parts
- Ensure parts meet company quality standards and customer specifications
- Monitor production output against work order goals and timelines
- Support team performance and lead by example on the production floor
- Communicate issues, improvements, and safety concerns to management
- Identify and report equipment maintenance or repair needs
- Complete required inspections and production documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all QMS and safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating laser turret and/or punch press equipment required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to quality and safety
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
