General Laborer

Location: Warren, OH
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Summary

A growing manufacturing and production facility in Warren, Ohio is seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join its team. This position involves supporting daily production operations by handling materials, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with various manufacturing tasks. No previous experience is required—training is provided for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general production and warehouse operations.

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.

• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.

• Operate basic production equipment following established procedures.

• Inspect products for quality and report any defects.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
