Position Summary
We are looking for dependable, hardworking Circle Stackers to join our Distribution Center team. The Circle Stacker is responsible for efficiently stacking cases of product onto pallets in a safe, organized, and consistent manner while maintaining production and warehouse standards.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, fast-paced work and takes pride in accuracy, safety, and keeping operations moving.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Stack cases of product onto pallets according to established patterns and specifications.
- Build stable, organized pallets to prevent product damage during storage and transportation.
- Inspect cases for damage and report any issues to a supervisor.
- Maintain a steady work pace to keep up with production and distribution requirements.
- Safely handle and move cases and materials throughout the work area.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and food-handling procedures.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, leads, and supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and stack cases throughout the shift.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., depending on product requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical work throughout the shift.
