Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and production duties as assigned.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Operate basic production equipment and machinery after training. (only after hired in full time)
- Package, sort, inspect, and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
- Meet daily production goals and quality expectations.
- Assist team members and supervisors with additional duties as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required. (must be able to lift 30-40lbs)
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
No HS diploma or GED required
