Key Responsibilities
- Service Deliverables — Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
- Additive Selection — Build competency to perform advanced additive selection and fluid design for customer jobs.
- Laboratory Maintenance — Keep laboratory equipment clean, calibrated, and operational; ensure proper waste disposal.
- Technical Reporting — Conduct quality assurance tests and prepare laboratory reports prior to wellsite service delivery.
- Technical Presentations — Develop and deliver technical presentations for internal teams and external customers.
- Laboratory Audits — Perform routine audits to ensure compliance with required laboratory standards.
- Engineering Support — Assist Design/Technical Engineers and Product Champions with technical support as needed.
- Risk Analysis — Conduct risk assessments before each task to identify and mitigate safety or quality concerns.
- Service Quality — Participate in Service Quality Meetings and contribute to performance improvement action plans.
- HSE Compliance — Follow all HSE policies, wear required PPE, and maintain current safety training.
- Continuous Improvement — Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of relevant laboratory or technical work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player.
