The Opportunity
- Technical aptitude, including previous experience maintaining/servicing diagnostics or lab equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills, including experience in customer service dealing with the direct public (e.g., retail, restaurant, banking, or other service field)
- Strong capacity for handling simultaneous projects while strategically prioritizing critical tasks
- Support laboratory experiments and research activities
- Prepare lab materials and samples for testing
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards
- Assist with data collection and documentation
- Maintain lab inventory and equipment
- 0–5 years of experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices
- Preferred (Optional)
- Experience in research or diagnostic laboratories preferred
