Overview

In this role, you will support quality and laboratory operations by managing the flow of samples, ensuring accurate documentation, and entering data into the ERP system. Your efforts will ensure compliance with company quality systems and cGMP standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and process laboratory samples efficiently.
- Accurately enter sample data into the ERP system.
- Coordinate contract testing, including completing submission forms and preparing samples for shipping.
- Track and attach test results to ensure accurate documentation.
- Release raw materials and finished products through the ERP system.
- Maintain organized and compliant retain sample inventory.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality system requirements.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards at all times.
- Support general laboratory and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer and data entry tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and dependability.
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials.
- Bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
- Good vision, hearing, and communication ability required.
Work Environment
This position operates in both laboratory and production environments with exposure to powders, food ingredients, allergens, chemicals, and microorganisms. Candidates must be comfortable with moderate to high noise levels and the use of PPE such as lab coats, gloves, and safety glasses.
