Job Summary:
Kontane Logistics is seeking a dependable Kitter / Material Handler to support the BOC (Back of Cab) program at its Statesville facility. This position is responsible for preparing kits, moving materials throughout the warehouse, and ensuring production areas remain stocked and organized. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assemble product kits based on work orders and customer specifications
• Move materials and components throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Load, unload, stage, and organize inventory as needed
• Maintain accurate counts and ensure materials are properly labeled
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist team members and supervisors with daily operational needs
Requirements:
• Previous warehouse, material handling, or production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
