Nesco Data Center & Infrastructure is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager in the Greater Northern NJ Area.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Third-Party Maintenance (TPM) business across domestic and global markets. This individual will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding revenue by delivering cost-effective maintenance solutions for enterprise IT infrastructure, including traditional data center technologies, hyperscale environments, and AI-driven infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has a proven background selling IT infrastructure services and TPM solutions, understands enterprise hardware support models, and is comfortable engaging executive-level decision-makers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve TPM revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise customers across assigned territories and target markets.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and solution development through contract negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement teams, Operations leaders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Position Third-Party Maintenance services as a cost-effective alternative to OEM maintenance and support contracts.
  • Partner with technical, engineering, and service delivery teams to design customized maintenance solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Develop customer proposals, pricing strategies, service agreements, and commercial contracts.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting activities, and opportunity tracking within CRM platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging customer needs.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for long-term account growth and expansion.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5–10 years of successful B2B sales experience within IT infrastructure, Third-Party Maintenance (TPM), managed services, data center solutions, or enterprise technology services.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise hardware platforms, including:
    • Servers
    • Storage systems
    • Networking equipment
    • OEM support and maintenance models
  • Experience selling TPM solutions supporting leading enterprise manufacturers such as Dell Technologies, HPE, IBM, Cisco, NetApp, Lenovo, Oracle, Hitachi, or similar platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise and multinational organizations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or comparable systems.

  • Consultative, value-based sales approach with strong solution-selling capabilities.
  • Proven business development and strategic account management experience.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with strategic planning and forecasting skills.
  • Experience managing regional, national, or global sales territories.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, GPU environments, and modern enterprise data center technologies.
