Overview
Client is seeking a Project Manager to lead system implementation, application development, and front-end/back-end processing projects in a fast-paced environment. This role coordinates cross-functional teams and third-party vendors while managing project delivery through the full project lifecycle.
The Project Manager will partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scope, manage resources and budgets, mitigate risks, support organizational change initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

Core Responsibilities
• Lead system implementation, application development, and processing projects, including coordination of third-party vendors and virtual project teams.
• Manage project scope, objectives, requirements, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, track milestones and status, and provide reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Build and maintain partnerships with senior functional managers to prioritize deliverables and support business objectives.
• Support project registration, consolidation, prioritization, funding plans, and project pipeline governance activities.
• Estimate resource requirements, monitor utilization, manage onboarding and offboarding activities, and oversee vendor performance.
• Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting, actuals tracking, variance reporting, and budget change recommendations.
• Identify, assess, track, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, conflicts, and dependencies while implementing corrective actions.
• Administer project standards, methods, metrics, configuration management, version control, deliverable reviews, and signoffs.
• Lead communication planning, stakeholder engagement, project reporting, and collaboration across project teams.
• Support change management planning, communications, training activities, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned reviews.
• Manage vendor contract execution and ensure adherence to contractual obligations where applicable.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of progressively complex project-related experience.
• Knowledge and experience with standard project development and project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing system implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Jira, Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with application development practices and cloud, network, and security infrastructure components.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, conflict management, organizational, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams toward shared objectives, and communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor communications to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills or Experience
• Knowledge and experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with real estate capital markets business.
