Key Responsibilities

  • Assess inventory reports and transactions to maintain accurate daily records and system
    counts.
  • Conduct frequent spot checks, partial audits, and scheduled cycle counts to verify physical
    inventory against system records.
  • Assist with Q1–Q4 cycle counts and ABC inventory counts as assigned.
  • Ensure inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, adjustments) are accurately documented
    and recorded in a timely manner.
  • Support quality control processes by verifying that inventory meets required standards
    before being transferred into stock or staged for shipment.
  • Flag inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and escalate issues to the Supply
    Chain Manager as needed.
  • Recommend warranted inventory adjustments in accordance with company policy and
    documentation requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory audits, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
  • Provide inventory control and variance reports to the Supply Chain Manager and Operations
    leadership.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to
    inventory handling and storage.
  • Obtain and maintain forklift certification and safely operate material-handling equipment as
    Required.
  • Follow all prescribed safety regulations and company policies.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support department goals.


Qualifications
  • One (1) year of progressive and relevant work experience in inventory control experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and database applications required.
  • Working knowledge of Work-In-Progress inventory management and inventory valuation
    methods needed.
  • Forklift training and certification or ability to obtain certification required; Skidsteer
    operation experience helpful
