We are seeking an Inventory Control Associate to become an integral part of our growing team! As an Inventory Control Associate, you will be responsible for inventory accuracy and ensuring efficient inventory processes within the organization. This role will participate in inventory audits and collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory flow and minimize discrepancies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across internal and 3PL systems
Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
Analyze inventory data and generate reports for management
Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce loss
Communicate and direct 3PL warehouses to
Comply with cGMP procedures.
Perform other tasks or projects assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication
Must be experienced to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
Capable of bending, lifting, and push boxes up to 50 Lbs.
Follows all safety procedures, practices, and protocols including wearing appropriate PPE.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Possesses computer skills and demonstrates the ability to learn specific programs or transactions.
Must be able to count accurately and perform basic math calculations.
Hard-working, independent multi-tasker who sets the highest professional example in daily duties
Must be reliable and detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Must have good attendance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Capable of communicating and collaborating with members at various levels within the organization
Capable of reading and comprehending documents in English
