Description:
The Inventory Control Processor is responsible for tracking and maintaining inventory accuracy for raw materials and finished goods in a manufacturing environment. This role supports inventory control by processing receipts, performing cycle counts, entering data into inventory systems, and assisting with purchasing and accounts receivable activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments.
Receive raw materials and maintenance parts and process purchase orders.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, open orders, and invoices.
Enter batch tickets and order manufacturing supplies.
Assist with accounts receivable and inventory reporting.
Support continuous improvement, safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong math, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
