Inventory Associate – 1st Shift
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support daily inventory and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing materials, receiving shipments, and ensuring supplies are properly stocked and distributed.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Check deliveries for damage, discrepancies, or missing items and report issues as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems
- Organize and store materials in designated locations with proper labeling and stock rotation
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy
- Issue materials and supplies to employees while maintaining documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs when necessary
- Keep warehouse and inventory areas clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications:
- Previous inventory, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and counting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
