Shift:
8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sunday–Wednesday, Thursday as needed)
Position Summary
The Case Packer Operator is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and maintaining the case packingequipment to ensure finished product is packed correctly while meeting production, quality, and safetystandards.
Essential Job Duties
Operate and monitor the case packer throughout the production shift.
Ensure product is packed correctly according to production specifications.
Perform start-up, changeovers, and minor machine adjustments.
Clear minor jams and troubleshoot equipment issues when possible.
Monitor product quality and immediately report defects or equipment concerns.
Maintain proper case counts and verify packaging materials are correct.
Keep the work area clean and organized following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Complete required production paperwork accurately and on time.
Communicate equipment issues to maintenance and supervision promptly.
Assist with line sanitation and changeovers as required.
Follow all food safety, quality, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
Ability to learn automated packaging equipment.
Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Push, pull, bend, reach, and climb stairs as needed.
Work in a production environment with varying temperatures and machine noise.

Maintain safe operation of equipment.
