Install Helper-Needed

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime and weekends as needed)

Position Overview:
Seeking a dependable Install Helper
to assist with the installation, assembly, and repair of industrial equipment. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone looking to start a career in the mechanical or industrial trades.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with equipment installation and mechanical assembly.
- Support technicians during field installations and repair of cranes.
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
- Use basic hand and power tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and work instructions.
- Be comfortable working at heights (up to approximately two stories) and using appropriate fall protection and safety equipment when required.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
- Previous construction, mechanical, or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
