Responsibilities
- Manage scrap, efficiency, and product quality on the production line.
- Inspect and pack quality bags into boxes/totes according to specifications.
- Ensure accurate box/tote counts per bag specifications.
- Maintain quality standards and report any suspect or defective products.
- Collaborate with team members and assist machine operators as needed.
- Practice 5S, Good Housekeeping, and Machine Sanitation according to company standards.
- Learn to pack all bag specifications across all machines in the production facility.
- Complete all documentation thoroughly and accurately.
- Assist in training other personnel.
- Perform other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Equipment: Familiarity with a pallet jack.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
