Inspections Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inspections Coordinator
to support the coordination, review, and completion of inspection-related assignments. This position serves as a key point of contact between field professionals, customers, and internal teams to ensure assignments are completed accurately, professionally, and within established deadlines.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inspection assignments and communicate with field personnel regarding schedules, deadlines, and quality expectations.
- Review submitted inspection reports and supporting photographs for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer and business inquiries related to inspection services.
- Monitor assignments throughout the process to ensure deadlines and service expectations are met.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams, customers, and field personnel as needed.
- Identify and address issues that may impact assignment quality, completion time, or customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a working knowledge of company services, procedures, and systems.
- Utilize internal software platforms and Microsoft Office applications to manage assignments, documentation, and communications.
- Document and communicate assignment updates, concerns, and resolutions appropriately.
- Answer incoming calls, gather relevant information, and route inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
- Perform general administrative and coordination duties related to daily operations.
