Inside Sales Associate

Pay:$20–$30 per hour, depending on experience

7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Our client, a manufacturer located in Wayne County, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to support sales and customer service operations. This role involves preparing quotes, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities

Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

Process customer orders accurately, verifying pricing, order details, and required documentation.

Maintain customer information and sales data in the ERP system and related databases.

Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries, helping resolve questions promptly.

Organize and maintain quotes, purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, and other sales records.

Coordinate with purchasing, production, engineering, and other departments to support customer requests and order fulfillment.

Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or coursework in business administration is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems or customer databases is helpful.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with customers and internal teams.

Previous experience in sales operations, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
