What You'll Do
- Apply water-based paint and coatings to steel parts and counterweights.
- Prepare metal surfaces to ensure a smooth, professional finish.
- Operate spray-painting equipment and ensure consistent paint coverage.
- Inspect finished products and perform touch-ups when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work alongside a team to meet production goals and deliver quality products.
- Previous industrial painting or manufacturing experience is a plus!
- Experience with spray guns or industrial painting equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- A dependable team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift as required.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and reliable attendance.
