We are seeking an Industrial Painter to prepare and paint metal equipment and components. The right candidate has prior hands-on painting experience, pays close attention to finish quality, and works safely in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and removing debris or old coatings as needed.
- Apply paint or protective coatings using the methods required for each job.
- Inspect finished work for coverage and quality, and complete touch-ups when needed.
- Keep tools and the work area clean and follow applicable safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Prior industrial, equipment, automotive, or similar painting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with surface preparation and spray-painting equipment preferred.
- Ability to follow work instructions and maintain consistent quality.
