We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Mechanical Helper to support the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. This is a hands-on role requiring experience with mechanical and electrical systems, hand tools, and power tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work at heights when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment
- Work safely at heights using ladders, lifts, and fall protection equipment
- Support technicians with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of mechanical and/or electrical experience
- Comfortable working at heights
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
