Pay & Schedule
Pay:$24-26/hour PLUS $2 differential on top of hourly pay!!!Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 1st Shift: 5 AM- 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Location: Full-Time | On-Site | Catoosa
Type: Contract-To-Hire- Long-Term Opportunity!
Overtime: Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on production needs
What You’ll Do
- Braze copper tubing, piping, and fittings used in industrial equipment manufacturing
- Assemble and connect copper components according to production specifications and diagrams
- Perform pressure testing and quality inspections on completed units
- Read and follow work instructions, fabrication drawings, and blueprints
- Maintain proper torch handling, brazing techniques, and quality standards
- Track production progress and complete work according to schedule requirements
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing policies
This Role is a Good Fit For
- Candidates with brazing, welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, or mechanical assembly experience
- Individuals experienced working with copper tubing, piping systems, or industrial manufacturing equipment
- Manufacturing professionals comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
- People with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented individuals who value precision, consistency, and quality workmanship
- Team players who can follow instructions while working independently when needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or industrial production experience preferred
- Ability to read work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Previous experience with copper brazing or pipe assembly preferred
- ASME brazing certification experience is a plus
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, dust, noise, and metal particles
- Required use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators when needed, and steel-toe footwear
- Position involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and repetitive physical movement throughout the shift
- Position is considered safety-sensitive in accordance with applicable workplace policies
