INDUSTRIAL ASSEMBLERS NEEDED - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
We're hiring Industrial Assemblers (CORE, FINAL, A-FRAME, SUB) to join a growing industrial manufacturing team. Join a well-established company producing highly engineered industrial cooling systems— a great opportunity to build a stable, long-term career in hands-on manufacturing.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble Cores: Build industrial equipment cores using hand tools and shop equipment.
- Fin & Tube Work: Lay fin material and run copper tubing per production specs.
- Structural Assembly: Assemble components and secure hardware fasteners correctly.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret diagrams and production instructions accurately.
- Track Production: Monitor progress and meet schedule requirements.
- Maintain Quality: Uphold quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to all company safety and manufacturing guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or mechanical production experience required.
- Tool Skills: Comfortable using hand tools in an industrial or production setting.
- Blueprint Reading: Able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality.
- Physical Capability: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Safety-Minded: Comfortable in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
What You Get:
Pay:$22–24/hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift — 5:30 am–3:30 pm, Mon-Thurs, plus OT
- Weekend Shift- 1st Shift -- Fri - Sun, 5am - 5:30pm (36 for 40)
Multiple Site Locations: Tulsa / Claremore
Type: Contract-to-Hire, Long-Term Opportunity — Full-Time, On-Site
Work Environment: Industrial shop setting with exposure to dust, noise, and metal particles; non-climate-controlled; PPE required (safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators as needed, OSHA-compliant footwear); role involves standing, bending, kneeling, and ladder climbing. Classified as safety-sensitive.
