Overview

Client is seeking a Software Implementation Project Coordinator to support cloud software onboarding for small to mid-size clients. This role will manage implementation logistics, project schedules, client communication, training coordination, issue tracking, and adoption support to help customers confidently use the platform.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage cloud software implementation projects by overseeing scope, resources, timelines, risks, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding logistics, including pre-training and post-training sessions.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with account teams and clients to understand business structure, processes, and needs.
  • Consult with clients to document workflow analysis and identify business practices.
  • Support system design and configuration preferences, including lens and frame inventory, scheduling, and related setup needs.
  • Develop and manage project schedules according to documented Statements of Work.
  • Track, investigate, escalate, and resolve customer issues during implementation.
  • Deliver documentation, processes, and tools to support a smooth implementation.
  • Document training sessions, client meetings, onboarding activities, and consultation outcomes.
  • Support internal business partners and full-time employee consultants throughout implementation projects.
  • Coordinate testing and knowledge transfer for new version upgrades.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that improve customer onboarding and service quality.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

  • Minimum 2 years of experience implementing software and training end users.
  • Minimum 2 years of related professional experience.
  • Experience coordinating software onboarding, implementation projects, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Project coordinator experience with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experience working directly with customers to implement new products.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and in Microsoft Teams meetings.
  • Experience delivering training, presentations, documentation, and hands-on support for users with varying levels of technical ability.
  • Ability to support business or clinically oriented software solutions.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and follow-through skills.
  • Knowledge of computer-based training software, word processing, presentation tools, and web-based training or tracking tools.

Preferred Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or related experience.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with Word, Excel, OneNote, Salesforce, and SharePoint.

Work Details

  • Remote role.
  • Must work PST hours.
  • No travel required.
  • Initial training is typically 2–3 weeks before being assigned independent projects.
