ID/OD Grinder – 1st Shift
Pay:$17.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated ID/OD Grinder to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for setting up and operating ID and OD grinding machines, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate ID and OD grinding machines
- Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately
- Work efficiently to meet production goals and quality expectations
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or grinding experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use inspection tools is a plus
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
