Join a team building and testing pneumatic and hydraulic systems used in aerospace applications. As a Hydraulic Assembly & Test Technician, you'll work with precision components, mechanical assembly tools, and testing equipment while developing valuable skills in a highly technical manufacturing environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following technical drawings, troubleshooting, and producing high-quality work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic components using hand tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment.
  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Use precision gauges and inspection equipment to verify parts meet requirements.
  • Perform testing and quality checks on completed assemblies.
  • Identify and report defective or nonconforming materials.
  • Accurately document production, testing, and quality information.
  • Work safely with adhesives, lubricants, epoxies, paints, and other manufacturing materials.
  • Keep your workstation, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Work closely with teammates to meet production and quality goals.
  • Help identify ways to improve processes and make the operation more efficient.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Hands-on mechanical or manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Able to perform basic measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to work overtime or adjusted schedules when production requires.
