As a Hydraulic Assembly & Test Technician, you'll work with precision components, mechanical assembly tools, and testing equipment while developing valuable skills in a highly technical manufacturing environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following technical drawings, troubleshooting, and producing high-quality work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic components using hand tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment.
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Use precision gauges and inspection equipment to verify parts meet requirements.
- Perform testing and quality checks on completed assemblies.
- Identify and report defective or nonconforming materials.
- Accurately document production, testing, and quality information.
- Work safely with adhesives, lubricants, epoxies, paints, and other manufacturing materials.
- Keep your workstation, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Work closely with teammates to meet production and quality goals.
- Help identify ways to improve processes and make the operation more efficient.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on mechanical or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to perform basic measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work overtime or adjusted schedules when production requires.
