Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Production Specialist to support the development of engaging visual content for training and communications initiatives. This position is responsible for producing high-quality video and multimedia content using professional photography, videography, audio, and editing equipment. The ideal candidate has experience capturing and editing video, an eye for visual storytelling, and a strong attention to detail.

This is an onsite position supporting a training program and customer initiatives in Eglin, FL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality still photography and video using professional DSLR cameras and related equipment.
  • Develop, produce, and edit training videos and multimedia applications.
  • Create engaging visual content utilizing studio lighting, audio recording equipment, and graphic design elements.
  • Apply creative and technical expertise to produce compelling visual stories for internal and external audiences.
  • Operate and maintain photography, videography, and multimedia production equipment.
  • Assist with scripting, production planning, music and sound selection, visual effects, and post-production editing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed to support multimedia projects.
  • Research and implement new multimedia technologies and production techniques.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience shooting and editing professional-quality videos is required.
  • Strong artistic ability with an excellent eye for composition, aesthetics, and visual design.
  • Experience with DSLR cameras, professional lighting, audio recording equipment, and video editing software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished multimedia content.
  • Portfolio or work samples are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Security Clearance Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance with at least an Interim Secret Clearance is required prior to starting.
  • Candidates who do not currently possess the required clearance cannot be considered.

  • Full-time onsite position.
  • Standard 4/10 first-shift schedule.
