HR Generalist
Oberlin, OH

Our growing manufacturing client is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support a team of 65+ employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with people, building relationships, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
  • Support employee training, development, and engagement initiatives
  • Assist with payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
  • Partner with supervisors and employees to address HR-related matters
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance requirements

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive attitude with a team-focused approach

Shift 1 st (8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday)
Salary $24-$30
