JOB SUMMARY
***'s HR Employee Experience team consists of the SR. HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, and an HR Operations and Compliance Coordinator. This HR Operations and Compliance Coordinator will impact the employee experience through daily support of various HR processes and initiatives that align to the overall HR strategy and bluechips.

In this role, you will ensure consistency and compliance, maintain and archive confidential information, and respond to inquiries from our employees and leaders, while seizing the opportunity to make meaningful connections.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Update, organize and maintain internal operating procedures and process documents.
  • Ensure employee documents are appropriately filed within the core HR system and HR archives.
  • Upload relevant HR documents and records to employee files.
  • Maintain and update HR templates and compliance documents.
  • Prepare and/or review documents and agreements for accuracy.
  • Maintain the tracking and execution of documents and HR agreements.
  • Respond to general inquiries from employees and leaders.
  • Oversee and respond to the general human resources inbox.
  • Conduct employee orientation and support the onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee record retention.
  • Running of weekly reports.
  • Maintain outplacement assistance program and process.
  • Manage unemployment program and all responses for the enterprise.
  • Responsible for ensuring all federal, state, and local labor law postings for all work locations. Coordinating updates as requirements change.
  • Drafts and maintains retention agreements.
  • Supports special projects as needed across the broader HR team and/or for HR Business Partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.
THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED
  • Requires a high school diploma; 4-6 years of experience or equivalent education and relevant years of experience. Experience to include prior handling and maintaining of sensitive or confidential information and data, construction of documents and understanding of record retention.
  • Compliance maintenance and recordkeeping.
  • Focused on delivering a high quality, error free work product.
  • Good oral and written communication skills and ability to prioritize and organize work.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Must have the ability to handle a high volume of work in a process-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Must be US Person.
