Job Title: HR Administrative Contractor

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Contractor to support the Human Resources team with administrative functions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is responsible for handling clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing day-to-day support to ensure efficient HR operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical and administrative duties including file creation, maintenance, and record retention
  • Handle mailing, shipping, and general office errands
  • Prioritize daily tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure accuracy of records
  • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support, customer service, HR, and/or payroll experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
