Nesco Resource is seeking an HR Admin for one of our long-term clients in Auburn Hills. This is a 10-month contract position.
Description:

Supports the human resources department by screening and interviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and performing any other assigned duties.

Duties:
  1. Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and scheduling
  2. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, and terminations.
  3. Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies, explaining, and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
  4. Documents human resource actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  5. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  6. Accomplishes the human resource department and organization's mission by completing related tasks as needed.
