The HR Organization Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration and use of SuccessFactors Employee Central, a self-service HRIS platform used by employees and managers to manage employment and organizational data.

This position works closely with local HR Administrators, the HR Onboarding team, managers, and other HR colleagues to maintain accurate employee and position information, support position management, troubleshoot data issues, and assist with HR Operations projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR administrative and data management experience, familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS & Employee Central Support

  • Support the administration and ongoing use of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Perform accurate data entry and verification of employee and position information.
  • Create and update foundational data within Employee Central.
  • Support position management and organizational structure changes within the system.
  • Understand foundational HR data and the impact of organizational changes from a system perspective.
  • Guide managers through completing tasks and workflows within Employee Central.
  • Assist HR colleagues with system navigation and usage.
  • Provide assistance to managers throughout HR workflow processes.
  • Support established HRIS governance requirements.

Data Management & Compliance

  • Conduct data audits to ensure information is complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Research and analyze the root causes of HR data issues.
  • Respond appropriately to inquiries and requests involving confidential information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and organizational data.
  • Ensure confidential information within the workspace remains compliant and secure.

HR Operations & Administrative Support

  • Partner closely with local HR Administrators and the HR Onboarding team.
  • Support HR Operations projects and special initiatives.
  • Update process documentation, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
  • Participate in cross-training across HR Support responsibilities.
  • Provide backup support for other HR administrative functions as needed.
  • Recommend, implement, and document process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Work effectively with a diverse workforce across a variety of roles and organizational levels.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative or relevant HR experience.
  • Data entry experience with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the root cause of data issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively support colleagues, customers, managers, and vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities while working within established deadlines and time constraints.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while typing and operating a computer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting HRIS systems, HR data, position management, or organizational structures.
  • Experience supporting HR workflows and employee/manager self-service processes.
  • Experience performing HR data audits and maintaining data integrity.
  • Experience developing or updating HR process documentation and SOPs.
