Host/Hostess – Part-Time

Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Host/Hostess
to join our diner team in Bagdad. This part-time position is responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience by greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, and assisting with front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Seat guests efficiently while managing wait times.
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and dining entrance.
- Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Assist with light cleaning and dining room upkeep as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
