Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor
to lead maintenance operations for heavy mobile and stationary equipment supporting construction and industrial material operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance technicians and daily maintenance activities.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Support equipment used in material handling, processing, mixing, conveying, and construction applications.
- Manage work orders, maintenance records, parts, and repair schedules.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and related equipment issues.
- Coordinate maintenance priorities with operations and project teams.
- Promote safe work practices, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor maintenance personnel.
- Experience supervising heavy equipment or industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of heavy mobile and stationary equipment.
- Experience with material handling, processing, construction, or similar operations preferred.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Technical training or certification in heavy equipment/industrial maintenance preferred.
