Location:
Montgomery, PA
Pay:$20–$30 per hour
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; mandatory overtime on Fridays, typically until approximately 2:30 PM
Nesco Resource is currently looking for candidates who are hands-on, hard working, reliable, able to read and interpret blue prints as well as mechanically inclined.
Responsibilities
- Assemble heavy equipment and components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Use hand and power tools to install, align, adjust, and secure components.
- Work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Inspect, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot completed assemblies.
- Repair or replace defective components as needed.
- Complete production records and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Assist with staging, packaging, and movement of finished equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be available for required Friday overtime.
