What You'll Be Doing:
We're looking for a versatile Maintenance Technician with a strong handyman skill set. If you can do any of the following, we believe you can learn the rest!
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Drywall patching, painting, and caulking
- Flooring installation and repair (tile, carpet tile, VCT)
- Operate heavy equipment such as lifts
- Acoustical ceiling installation
- Doors and hardware installation
- Concrete repair and light masonry
- Finish carpentry and general handyman tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues as they arise
What You Bring:
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Experience with power tools and job site safety
- Basic mechanical and tech skills (tablets/phones)
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
