Grinder – 1st Shift

Schedule: First Shift | Monday–Friday

We are seeking a dependable Grinder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will use hand and power grinding tools to remove excess material, smooth surfaces, and prepare metal parts to meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Grind, deburr, and finish metal parts using hand and power tools.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Remove sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections from finished products.
• Read and follow work instructions and blueprints as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous grinding, deburring, or metal finishing experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, grinders, and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
