Grinder
Hartville, OH | 2nd Shift | $15/hr
Join a growing manufacturing team where your attention to detail helps keep production running efficiently! We're hiring a Grinder for 2nd shift in Hartville, OH.
What You'll Do:
- Remove and grind runners, purged material, and scrapped plastic parts from molding machines.
- Sort and organize reground resin by material grade.
- Track and report scrap and resin weights accurately.
- Keep grinders and work areas clean, organized, and operating safely.
- Operate a forklift as needed (training provided).
- Support production by maintaining an efficient material recycling process.
What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on forklift operation.
