General Processor
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Processors to join our production team.
The General Processor will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, handling, and
processing of produce to ensure quality standards are met. This role requires attention to
detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety
and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort, clean, and prepare produce for packaging and shipment
• Operate basic production and processing equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect produce for quality, removing damaged or unsatisfactory items
• Package and label products according to company and customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Assist with loading/unloading produce and general warehouse tasks as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food production, warehouse, or manufacturing a plus, but
not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperatures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
Schedule & Work Environment:
• Monday – Saturday, 7:00am until End of Production
• No absences allowed in 1st 30 days of assignment
• Fast-paced environment with exposure to cold storage and warehouse conditions
