Overview
Join our dynamic team as a General Operator for the 2nd Shift. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and installing components such as blowers, fans, and motors. Utilize various tools to ensure efficient and precise assembly and installation processes. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Utilize tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, air guns, ratchets, air drills, pop rivet guns, c-clamps, scratch awls, and hammers.
- Assemble and install blowers, fans, and motors.
- Install panels using pneumatic glue guns.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to push up to 50 pounds on a conveyor system.
- Completion of Wiring Certification training.
- Ability to stand constantly and frequently kneel, crawl, or stoop.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
