General Maintenance Technician (Contract)
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Smart Hands / General Maintenance Technician to support a cosmetic refurbishment project within a data center environment. This role involves cleaning and restoring liquid cooling systems by removing scuff marks, performing touch-up spray painting, and ensuring equipment is customer-ready.
Responsibilities
- Clean and remove scuff marks from liquid cooling systems
- Perform light touch-up spray painting as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow project procedures and quality standards
- Support the team with general hands-on tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in general maintenance, facilities, warehouse, or Smart Hands environments preferred
- Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented work
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Experience with basic painting or equipment touch-up is a plus
