Description:
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for receiving shipments, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and shipping paint and related products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain productivity and quality standards while ensuring 100% order accuracy.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
Perform inventory counts of packaging materials and assist with batch tracking.
Program label and inkjet printers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of warehouse, picking/packing, or distribution experience.
Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, or other powered industrial equipment.
