General Laborer
Location:Clayton, NC
Hours:6:00am - 4:45pm, Monday - Friday
Corporation is a leader in the offsite manufacturing of electrical and mechanical systems for Data Center, Commercial Construction, and Industrial/Energy markets. The client was one of the early concept originators of offsite prefabricated electrical solutions. The primary strength of the company has always been the ability to engineer, integrate and fabricate complex electrical and mechanical systems into large custom enclosures or skid-based systems. Corporation is looking for a General Laborer to join our team! This position will be required to ensure the manufacturing floor is clear of any materials and debris that would cause an unsafe working environment.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning
Clearing work areas
Operating basic tools
Clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials to eliminate possible hazards
Using, cleaning, and maintaining variety of hand tools
Following safety guidelines and operating in a safe manner
Qualifications:
Familiar with using tools and general warehouse equipment preferred
Relevant work experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing preferred
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts, weekends as needed
Ability to lift, carry, push or pull equipment up to 50 lbs
