We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in doing a good job and want to be part of a team. No manufacturing experience? No problem! We're willing to train motivated candidates who show up ready to work and learn.

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect plastic containers and lids to ensure product quality.
• Trim, assemble, label, package, and palletize finished products.
• Complete basic production and quality documentation.
• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• A willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or machine operation experience is a plus—but not required!
