Assembler Position:
- Location: Columbiana, OH
- Hours: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Possible Overtime: Yes
- Packaging finished products according to company standards. This includes labeling, counting, and preparing products for shipment.
- The primary responsibility is to assemble parts or components to create a finished product. This may involve using hand tools, machines, or automated equipment.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized and performing routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure they operate smoothly.
Requirements:
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth material flow and operational efficiency.
- Work efficiently to meet production or shipping schedules, optimizing the use of the forklift to minimize downtime.
- Communicate with warehouse or production personnel to coordinate material movements and prioritize tasks.
- Ensure that loads are properly secured on the forklift to prevent shifting or falling during transportation.
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials, products, and goods to and from storage areas, production lines, loading docks, or other designated locations.
