Position Summary
Location: Niles, OH
2nd shift: 2:30pm to 10:30 pm
Local company is seeking a dependable General Laborer
to assist with daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can work effectively as part of a team, and is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and material-handling duties as assigned
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
- Assist with production and other daily operational tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus
- Ability to safely perform physical requirements of the position
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Must be able to work safely in a physically demanding environment
