We're looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer
to join a busy manufacturing team in the Youngstown area.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity
for someone looking to establish themselves in a long-term position. We value dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, teamwork, and employees who take pride in what they do.
Showing up consistently and being on time are essential to this position.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment where you'll work alongside a team focused on getting the job done safely and efficiently while maintaining a positive, respectful, and enjoyable workplace.
What You'll Do
- Assist with manufacturing and production of products.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Move materials throughout the plant.
- Measure, stage, and prepare materials according to production requirements.
- Assist machine operators with production activities.
- Fill, package, label, stack, and palletize finished products.
- Inspect products for quality and report issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Perform routine cleanup of equipment and work areas.
- Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Safely operate basic hand tools and production equipment after training.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to consistently report to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to the team.
- Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to safety and quality.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes.
